New Year resolutions

I just lost 2 st in 4 months just controlling food as no excercise for obvious reasons,it was strict but can be done,i just ate the same things everyday as i know what works for me,it was sort of a 5:2 thing, boring but worth it,men lose weight quicker than women so you could do 3 st in about the same time
I`ve been on the 5:2 diet myself pet and yes I lost a couple of stones at one time. However I`ve just got so fed up with my obese looks and 40+ shirts and tops that I can`t wear and think "well fucking well do something" and I will, starting on Monday 2nd.Can`t start it tomorrow as its me birthday !!

Must lose some fucking weight.I`m 5`6" tall and weigh 17.5 stones, the heaviest I have ever been.Would love to lose at least three stone+ so I can wear a lot of shirts and City tops that have been redundant for a few years.

I lost another lb. last week Oakie. Try a side plate instead of a dinner plate or a dustbin lid. My BMI is down to 29.04 and I expect to break into the 29/28 barrier next week. Only trouble is my Wii age has gone up from 20 last week to 75 this!

I'm also becoming a fanatic about no sugar!

I had no sugar for 4 months and felt well after the headaches at the start,i have had a weeks blow out on all sweet food and i feel like i'm on a high lol,it's been really nice though for a short time

lose some weight and cut down on booze, just for healths sake.
Also find a new job as works pretty wank the last 6 months and doesn't look like it will get better.

Set myself goal of doing 1000 mile challenge (walk 1000 mike in one calendar year), visit my great uncles grave in Dundee. He died in first world war and don't think a member of family ever been to his grave, do more things I want rather than trying to please other people (that was also in last years and I think I managed it ok) - help my ex get out of her debt problems by giving her support and advice as I got myself out of similar issues few years ago, try not to let guy who works next to me wind me up so much that I bite and get myself angry, then upset because I'm fuming and he's laughing to himself as steam coming out my ears

About walk from London to Dundee should be most of the 1000 miles, if you still have a few more to do, Dunserverick to the causeway is a beautiful walk, not too far from your home either (in fact, just keep walking and get into the golf at Portrush free lol).
I intend to try and get at least one walk a week under my belt, and longer walks during the lighter days -evenings

Tips for those of us losing weight -

Drink plenty of water.
Hungry? Sip some water.
Bored? Drink water.
On a night out? Pint of water.
Did I mention, consume lots of water?

I have no New Years Resolutions, other than continue what I'm doing but try to improve the balance.
Haven't been to the gym in over a month. Haven't put any fat on my body as my diet is decent but I need to start training again.

Got myself a new workout, ready for my pursuit back in the Dojo.
