Just of curiosity, does anyone know what happens if two teams finish with the same points, same goal difference and same number of goals scored? Who wins the title in that case?

Goes to a panel of Ferguson,Kenyon, and a referee think it's Mason this year and they select a winner. Even if teams don't finish level the media can pick a winner, last year they picked Liverpool.
