I feel quite bad about having argued on Thaksin's behalf on occasions. The problem was that not all criticism of him was above board.
I am so happy he is gone. His presence damaged and divided this club horrendously. We are still dealing with it today. It's disgustingly easy to say with hindsight, but someone who creates such division is always a bad leader, bad news for the club, whatever else is thrown at him. I really do apologise to anyone who took a principled stance against him. I may still not agree with your reasoning, but I am so sorry that people found themselves unable to take the responses people like me dished out. Come back into the fold, it's all history, we may never entirely agree on the 'truth' about this time, but I'd hope we can reconcile ourselves by sharing this coming season, an enjoyable moment in our history.
Obviously this doesnt apply to shindler. ;)
