Play for match fitness but no stupid tackles and there's no need to go in hard on 50/50s.No, this is not what we should do.
Our normal starting players, should be kept in rhythm for CL final. And the only way this can be done is via playing games. So they should play the remainding 3 PL games giving their best to stay on form. Of course injuries is an issue but we should deal with it.
And win Newcastle on Friday! :)

Tonight's result will probably change Friday's line up
Where as I thought we would go with our best eleven (the team that started vs PSG) I now think Pep will mix it up.
Eddie in goal, obviously and then five of our in form outfielders and five lesser
Something like
............Ederson
Walker-Stones- Ake- Cancelo
Bernardo..Rodri...Gundogan
Mahrez....Jesus..Sterling

I would now try and play a couple of players close to the Starting XI, work them into a bit of form, maybe try Sterling at false 9 or Aguero up top, around De Bruyne, Foden etc...

Sterling to play all 3 as I still think he has a part to play in the final even if for just part of it.
Aguero to play all three.
The rest can rotate.
Must keep Walker and Zinchenko fit though. I think it is absolutely vital they play in the final given the form of the alternatives.
