I will for the first time this season, watch a game with the sound on. All season I have watched our games on mute because I have not wanted to listen to the drivel we get from presenters. It will not bother me what they come up with, but I do expect a few remarks about it not being a good season unless we win the CL.

For me winning the league is the one that matters, if we win cups along the way that is just a nice bonus.

If you play 38 games in a season you will always get some decent results. Aston Villa smashed Liverpool, WBA got a point from us etc. I'm not belittling what they did, but if they were as good as these results suggest they should be in the top 4 :)

I honestly think they are there for the beating. Bruce is a dreadful manager and we know his game plan. I hope Aguero get's a very early goal so we can get more champers out!

Here's how I think the game will play out: They will kick off then all 10 of their outfield players will sprint back to their box and won't bother leaving it for the next 45 minutes. They will go in at half time 0-2 down. We will then kick off and then then all 10 of their outfield players will sprint back to their box and won't bother leaving it for the next 45 minutes. They will go in at full time 0-3 down. Bruce will say X should've been booked, Y was offside. He will complain about VAR and that Z was lucky to be on the pitch. Without all that, they'd have won no bother.

I have a lot of time for Newcastle as I have family up there but they have been very lucky not to go down. I think they will do next year if they keep Bruce in charge.

We're are the Champions of England and soon to be Champions of Europe. I hope we show Bruce a proper show tonight and hopefully enough for him to be sacked.

Assuming you're right that they'll put all 10 men behind the ball for the full game, why would they need to sprint back to their own box? They could just start there (with the exception of whoever kicks off for them)

When they start the game, they can't all be seen in their box :) Bruce needs to give their fans hope and be able to say that they started off in an attacking formation ha ha! :)

Nah they've played a flat back 9 when fans have been inside, with an empty ground even if we get an early goal or two if he's decided to sit back they'll just continue all game.

I think Bruce may surprise some people tonight and actually try to play - it's a free hit for both teams.
I've predicted a win, but not about to try and guess the score it could end up 5-2 to us or something equally ridiculous
