Can't stand the Geordies. A self righteous club always has been. There is a sense that they 'deserve better' from within because they've always supported their team. Well that's bollox. There attendances were shocking when they were shit. It's a one city club that is now well supported in the PL because of it. That doesn't make them a big club. Never have been, never will be.

I think their support is decent nowadays. They have been wank for 10 years and still get 50k a week. It wasn't good in the past as people have said but it's ok considering just how bad they are. Saying that loads fucked off when the 6th went in though I'm not surprised as it's fucking gutting following your club at times especially when they are playing crap. One win in 19 in the prem. could be no Geordie teams in the prem next year.

I couldnt have written better myself....only club that would sing about empty seats when not taking a full allocation....red shite excepted obviously.
 
My dad was present when Newcastle last won a domestic trophy. That was when they beat City to win the FA Cup Final in 1955.

Puts my (and my dads) wait from 1968 to 2012 for City to win the league again into perspective.

A little tongue in cheek, there were two coaches of Geordies when I went past. A little bladdered but no hassle I believe but we were discussing in the Fold if they needed some help we'd have obliged . they have always been a typical set of rags in that place.
