Let's hope Sky show an accurate formation graphic before the game of them playing 9 at the back against us. That might get em to try and contribute to a decent game.

Hopefully a comfortable evening with a two goal lead coming close to full time. It is dangerous to underestimate Newcastle as they will defend for their lives and the longer they can keep us out the confidence will grow. However, they will need a huge amount of luck to get anything as I don't see them scoring if we are focused at the back.

Wouldnt be shocked if Sane and Sterling are they wing backs. Even though Bernardo has played well and Gundogan feel both will drop out Mahrez needs game time and this will be ideal with him behind the front 2 with Merlin.

So excited for this! My lad is one of the player escorts and is in the programme. Taking my old man who is starting to lose it and he is so excited to see his grandson be on the pitch. Going to make it a special day. My dads fist game was in 1951 and he has been to at least 20 games a season for every years since and went 8 seasons not missing a game home and away in the 70s. I think he must have been to around 2000 city games and I have never known him be this excited. Desperate for it to be a good performance for him.

My son was a player escort last season, also for the Newcastle game, coincidentally. It’s an amazing experience for a kid. He’ll have a great day. Hope you and your dad enjoy it too.
