While the lack of respect shown to Newcastle is clearly wrong, I think Brenda had it right when he kept going for goals on Monday as the chances of Palace getting a draw were far worse than the chances of us winning both games.
Had they won by six goals on Monday, and we'd only won by two on Wednesday then Liverpool would have been five behind us with more goals scored, and they'd have fancied their chances of making up the gap against a woeful Barcodes team.
I'll piss my sides if they get something from the game tomorrow, but I really can't see it happening.

Weren't the same things being said about Palace, all the red sh1 had to do was turn up and fill the net? What cost them that game was their crap defence. If Brenda sticks to his attacking game then its quite conceivable that Newcastle could hit them on the counter. If they went 1 up on a breakaway can you imagine what that would do, especially if we were winning.

I saw Pardew's interview last night and when he said Newcastle would be doing their best to win he looked shifty as fuck,would'nt trust him as far as I could throw him.Hopefully the players have some professional pride and try to win to spite their manager.
