We only need you to win a certain home game.

We'll be right up for that and the players are taking one game at a time and they usually find a way to win other than against Villa when we were rubbish and everything they tried came off, it was also our third away game in a row so we were travelling or resting rather than working with the players.

Everybody at the club will want to beat Arsenal, the crowd and players will all be up for it and I think it might just be too much for a fragile Arsenal to handle. Howe has the players taking it one game at a time and I really expect that the players will feel that they deserve every point for the remainder of the season, even if we don’t get them all. It’s been a long season where we are close to finishing and determination will play its part.

We’ve won 8 out of the 9 games we’ve played since we lost 2-0 to you and that form is absolutely fantastic. We need to get the first goal against Arsenal to calm any nerves, I think we’ll be fine even if we go a goal behind as we have done too often recently because we seem to find a little bit extra.

I read your posts mate and I can sense the excitement in you.

Fucking brilliant. Welcome to the top 4 and CL at the expense of a team in Red.

Incredible season for them and playing great football to boot.

Should be a big summer coming up as well.

Only downside is get ready for the letters and media demanding you are investigated and your owners booted out of the league from the sad jealous cunts in red.

Bring it on, I love the hate.

Just reading twitter comments, one fan claiming NUFC have much greater history than City, simple google search clearly shows thats not the case, where do these people fet these 'facts' from, Fans used to be mocked when not knowing much about football history. Not now though its all fair game

Some people hear something and then just repeat it as if it was a fact. I remember you playing in the old third division and your support was fantastic yet your crowds are now mocked by some, even though your crowds are fantastic and it must cost a fortune following the club all over Europe and England.

You have had to suffer far too long up there on Tyneside, you have earned your chance to compete at the highest level.

Just stay grounded like most City fans still do and enjoy the good times.

Always had an affinity with the Magpies - 1955 FA Cup Final, 1968 Championship (I was there at St. James's), 1976 League Cup Final (I was there at Wembley).

I'm starting to feel like a kid at Christmas. I've been waiting for it to all blow up every week and that hasn't happened so far. It's time now to enjoy it and to stop expecting the worst, even if it happens.

Villa and Spurs have to win all of their games to overtake us and we'd have to lose all of our five remaining games which is unlikely.

Win our next 2 games against Arsenal and Leeds and Liverpool can only match our points total and our goal difference is better and would improve if we win those two games.

Brighton have a good few games left to play, they probably have the toughest run-in as they have to play Man U, Arsenal, Newcastle, Man City and Villa plus others. If they get maximum points from them games, they would deserve to finish top 4.

It's quite simple. Would we be supremely confident going to Newcastle this Sunday?

Our 3-3 draw was a great result because we stayed in the game after a poor showing.

We are in a different league to Arsenal, so the rationale suggests our Toon friends can get a result.
