City were everybody’s second team……….when we lost a lot.
If you want to be popular, don‘t boil redshirts piss or steal the CL place that is rightfully theirs.
It’s the same with Wrexham. The media are loving their rise. But if it impacted on United Liverpool or Arsenal in any way, they’d be very different in their tone.

Oh dear.

Newcastle's owner has just bought the sport of golf.

Prepare for the shit storm Barcodes.
All the players going to the Saudi league and the golf thing are going to compel the Guardian to write a few articles.

Will Newcastle be the beneficiary of all these Saudi transfers? Newcastle 5th place come January, do they get Benzema and Messi on loan?

Or will Newcastle become a feeder team for them?

The 4 top teams in Saudi are now also owned by PIF who are going to inject £billions into them to try and make their league one of the best in the world.

They have been given 20 billion.

The Premier League generates 5 billion per year. So Saudi Arabia can theoretically keep up with the PL for 4 years until they inject more.

We'll not become a feeder club as such as they've said all along that they are looking to build a multi-club ownership with Newcastle at the top with players being loaned to feeder clubs and Saudi players coming to train with us. We've already had a lot of coaching staff in Newcastle who have now gone back to Saudi to train up and coming Saudi players. We're looking to buy at least one club in Europe and possibly South America, others could be added.

having said that, we do have Jeff Hendrick on our books so I guess we could be persuaded to sell him to them for £200 million if they're desperate.
