There is new rule that at all premier grounds away fans have to be pitch side Newcastle have just been granted to have the away fans up in the gods for another season

So what's happening ing at Old Toilet? Do they have special dispensation?

Remember going to Newcastle years ago. Got into the ground just before kick off and knew it'd be touch and go as to whether we'd see it. Made it all the way up them stairs and out in to the stand just as City kicked off. Turned round to walk up just 3 rows and by the time I reached my seat we were 1-0 down!

I can assure you we also had pitch side lower tier block too in 2002...as I was sitting in it. (but you're correct...Leazes not Gallowgate) See match report below:

We used to go in the Gallowgate when it was uncovered standing. Also in Cup in 94 we were in side paddock.

If we did that we would probably get a points penalty, if we refused to do that, or forced to comply with the new regulations. So why are Newcastle allowed yet again to get away with it. They should be forced to comply or face a 10pts penalty for failing to comply with the regulations, which were agreed by all the Premier league clubs for the start of this season. So why once again have they allowed Newcastle to get away with a breech of regulations. Richard Scudamore should have the guts to come out and explain why he as allowed Newcastle to breech the regulations once again.

I think the away fans should be put in the Academy Stadium with a big screen - summat like a 17" telly!

Or if that isn't possible, then a never ending spiral made into a loop so that they keep 'spiralling round' until the final whistle.
