Newcastle United (A) | PL | Post Match Thread

Really good game of football , we always turn up in the big games we might not win them all but invariably they are classics , give credit to the Barcodes two wonderful goals and probably their best game of the season looking at a couple of their forums.
They tired and a fresh KDB came on the pitch to finish them off , next five games all very winnable with four of them at home , the title race has just started.

Never forget the biased bastards...

Had he signed for any redshirt club at the time we all know the headline would've been way different and he'd have rightly been hyped up, was proper buzzing at the prospect of him signing as watched him plenty while he was at Wolfsburg, to say he was absolutely amazing is an understatement he was very easily the best player in the league.
Didn’t wear very well did it?

Was there a similar headline for Salah?

No keeper is going to save those shots, they were superb goals.

But anyone that questions the value of Ederson needs to give their heads a wobble, he is head and shoulders above Ortega and I rate Ortega as a top class

Dead man’s Hair transplant and a new set of Red Rum Esq Teeth visible from the space station, and he’s still an insufferable ugly see you next Tuesday
Anyone remember Sweet William ( sharp riffles) wig of horse hair and false teeth taken from French dead .

Yaya’s best one was against Villa
Jaysus that was a tense game in the stadium. Everyone around were panicking more and more as the minutes passed. The relief when that first goal went in around the hour mark, I hope my memory on time is correct, if not forgive me;-)
The moment it went in was on a level to Vinnie's goals against united and Leicester. In fact I think I will go on you tube and look it up. Maybe domeone will post it as I am hopeless at that sort of thing.

EDIT. Looking at it again I remember at the game I thought it was like a big kid in the playground being chased by 5 nippers and a scared kid in goal.

It was 50 minutes.
A bloke a couple of rows in front of me, possibly a juniors team coach I thought kept shouting, "Get in the game Yaya, get in the game!"
Then Yaya scored and I shouted, "Is he in the game now?"
Said individual came right back with, "Aye, it's took him 50 minutes though!"
Cock.

I educate my Geordie son in law about Lindisfarne, good luck for the rest of the season pal.
Good on you. Hope you caught the BBC documentary on Alan Hull a year or so ago. A great watch.
And the same wishes to City. Can't begrudge a club whose fans have known genuinely tough times in the modern era, and stuck with them.
