Foden ??? What’s the difference in a season. Wow he has to start if fully fit for any team in my opinion
Gundogan has done fuck all to deserve getting picked. started against brentford and we were shocking and stood in the box doing nothing on the arsenal siegeI’m starting to think the same. He’s been fit for weeks now.
Maybe signing Gundogan has pushed him out of midfield?
Not full of confidence with that line up. I know transitions are always a threat but I swear we drop more points to packed defences than counter attacks.
Starting to worry about the transition in future seasons. Doku/Savio/Foden need game time in these types of games. This current line up contains Walker, Gundo, Kovacic (all 30+) and Bernardo who’s wanted out for years. Grealish no spring chicken either. Need to be more forward thinking.
It's situational, it's a combination of fitness and players available.
If Rodri and De Bruyne are fit then I'm certain Savio or Doku start. Foden is a fitness and sharpness issue, he'll be given Bratislava and maybe next weekend to get up to speed.

Big boost that Isak is out for them.
Lewis gives us more control in the middle, but could be a team that lacks a bit of pace and energy and is slightly too focused on keep ball and passing.
Strong bench though to change things up.
Feel more confident seeing the respective lineups.

Hope the lineup works but it's hard to see Haaland getting much service, thought one of Doku or Savinho would start to provide some counter attacking options.
