The WTO didn't claim the Saudi state was responsible for BeOutQ though. It's wording was "individuals & entities within Saudi Arabia" but not that the state or MBZ was responsible. It also ruled that the Saudi legal system had failed to allow Qatar to enforce its IP rights over BeIn content. I'm not sure Al Jazeera is really the best source for an unbiased report.You’ve tried this line before and it was wrong then. BeOutQ and PIF both have the same ultimate ruler/owner/decision maker in MBS.
