Fee wise they're nowhere near for Diego Carlos, Sevilla are chasing the La Liga title, it will take €50m minimum in my opinion. Maybe even the €80m release clause. Their best bid so far is £28m and that was rejected immediately.

They're nowhere near the stature they need to be to sign Haaland either. Champions League football will take a good few years, Villa have signed Digne and Coutinho this window and they're nowhere near the Champions League.

The league is a lot tougher than when we got took over.

NUFC can buy whom they want. The thing that will make them is the right manager.

Everyone talks bollocks about just having money makes it easy, it hasnt for utd! Its having the right man. Clubs are only as big as the manager makes them, its almost as if the players dont matter that much.

NUFC need to employ a tuchel or poch if they're going to achieve anything. But at least they will now get to stay in the top flight. (Except maybe this year)

Agree with this.
I feel the bastards in power are better informed and better prepared than they were with us- they didn’t see the scale of change about to occur at City, but are now have an idea of what it’s about.
The problem for NUFC is that, because of this, their owners will need to be better equipped and smarter than our owners proved to be, to combat the severe opposition they will face. They will need to employ very smart people (and all the right people,more importantly) throughout the club to have any chance, and what we’ve seen so far…..well good luck to them on that…….they will need it.
