Not till it's kicked.The ref had blown for the corner kick to be taken, doesn't that make it "in play"?
It reminds me of a fantastic World Cup game a few years back where a Turkish keeper waited till the ball rolled out of play before committing foul. Think he got sent off, but no penalty.

Aside from the three points which is obviously the main thing, there's some other big positives.
We've got the Champions League exit out of our system, the significant boost to our goal difference which could be the deciding factor in the title race and Bernardo got a proper rest.
