A tough game and Newcastle played out of their skins and gave us a proper game. What we need to do now is take stock teams like Newcastle are going to come around every now and a game. It's a learning curve for this new iterations of Pep's side and I am sure that they will rise to the challenge.

I think Kyle Walker's family must be voting on here. How on earth he got two votes after that performance I don't know.

Walker had a poor game but Newcastle's constant clogging leading to a yellow card at a unusually early time of 4 minutes and later leading to injuring Ake disrupted our defence. Newcastle were not in the game until Ake going off.

Just watched Guardiola's post match interview, always love how classy he is. Even after a 3-3 draw he's very complimentary to the opposition and not coming across as bitter or blaming his players or any of the sh!t you get from Klopp.
