I fully expect Ireland to have a great season because of his motivation to "stick it to us". The real measure of our loss will be next season though when he has less to play for. Then we will see what he's got in terms of mental strength. Nice to see Barton score just then.

Funny thing is, my last 3 kits with names have had Barton, Ireland, and SWP and two of the 3 have moved on the next year. Gutting especially since I chose them specifically because I thought they were likely to stay for a long time haha. Was going to go for Tevez this year but I realized I'd rather he keep playing for the club so I won't jinx it.
