why do you think we can't beat Arsenal? our defence and midfield is nothing short of excellent at the moment, Arsenal's game is dominating midfield and they won't do that against us, their back 4 aren't great and their keeper is crap. I would expect us to create at least three chances against them and going off the way we're defending we'd only need to take one! The only score I can see us losing to at the moment is 1-0, and playing at home I'd expect us to create more

Why do some posters still hark back to last season?? This time last year we were a totally different team with a totally different manager. Even a pessimist like me has stopped thinking every time the opposition attacks our defence is going to cock it up and let them score.
Mancini has tightened up the defence beyond all recognition so I can't see us gifting any one of those 5 teams a goal. We've done the free gift game against Blackburn and if their goalie hadn't been on top form we'd have murdered them.
This isn't the City of old, get that stupid "typical City" phrase out of your heads. This is the new super improved City. It's time we hooked into Mancini's winning attitude.
We will beat them all with cultured but strong football.
