It’s utterly irrelevant who wears the little band on his arm.I guess this means that Gundo is club captain
Everyone is supposed to be a leader in a Pep team.

Well he was 2nd captain last year, no?I think Gundo is the club captain right now, both dias and kdb is starting yet Gundo is given the captain armband also a starter on the pitch.
I think the players already decide that Gundo will be this season club captain.
Gundogan is club captain then based on yesterday.
I'm guessing the other four in the leadership group are De Bruyne, Dias, Walker and possibly Ake.
As others have pointed out though, it's not really that important who wears the armband. The important thing is we have leaders on the pitch and in the dressing room. We've lost a big personality in Fernandinho but luckily it looks like we have a few who can fill that void.
I think Rodri is leadership material for sure and should be one of the four.Gundogan is club captain then based on yesterday.

I remember thinking after the press conference he did when he joined that he's possibly future captain material.I think Rodri is leadership material for sure and should be one of the four.
He is a clever lad too. Think he has degree level Business Studies so will have covered some aspects of leadership in that. Seems to be calm, level headed and intelligent.I remember thinking after the press conference he did when he joined that he's possibly future captain material.
