Hopefully Dave comes back and that partnership can get us to new levels again. I believe in the squad, a huge run of games and some much needed luck (in games and against Liverpool) are surely due.

Silva returning is key for us.
We have to hang in there now and make sure the lead does not widen.
Liverpool will have bad spell I am sure. They are getting a lot of luck in games so I feel they will slip up sooner or later. Lady luck is certainly with them and now they will relaly believe they can win the league. We have to hang in there, and then go again. Potentially it could crumble in the next few days but I don't expect it too. Long term City have the best players but everything has gone Liverpool's way this season, and gone against us (Chelsea and today - normally you get one fluke game a season. Now we have had 2)

Even spurs have a good chance after our game today.
That would be great, but my hope is just to come out of the Liverpool game and still be in the race. We've taken a punch. We have to ride it and then come back again. Half a season to go and we have the best squad. We need to top them by May. The sooner the better obviously but I'd take being 4 points behind on Jan 4thWe have to take 6 points from Leicester and Southampton, we need Arsenal to take points off Liverpool and then we need to beat them at the Etihad.

We've hit some poor form. The defence looks all over the place and mind boggling that Pep changed the laporte and stones partnership and brought back Otamendi who like Walker looks totally off form.
I can only see us getting 3 points from the next 3.
