Got to be a German coach next for me. The style of play in the Bundesliga is similar, they have a lot of top quality coaches and aren't afraid to give younger players an opportunity.

The club will recognise the need for it to be an attractive name to remain competitive and sign players and I'm sure they will be thinking about it, ans discussing it with Pep.

Failing that I'm sure Mourinho would take it.

Nagelsmann and Flick just got their jobs at BM and Germany, they will be there for a couple of years unless Pep decides to stay beyond 18 months.

Ten hag I don't trust, he has been falling out with his recent clubs, even if his dutch style might work here.

Enrique plays the brand of football we want and would be my ideal number one pick, after 18 months he'll have been Spanish Coach for a couple of years, long enough to then leave.

Rodgers or Potter for 2nd choice (can't decide between them)... not many other options after that.

I would lean towards Nagelsmann or Enrique.

Don't think we have to worry yet, I'm hoping Pep will want to do 10 years here.

I reckon there's a good handful or two of names the club are keeping an eye on, probably including one or two we may as a collective not be fans of.

I wouldn't be surprised for example if the club really are keeping tabs on Rodgers, and Pochettino too for that matter.

Anyway as of right now I'd say Enrique or Nagelsmann seem the best options if they'd be willing/available. Although I can't help but admit that there's something about Potter that really appeals to me.

Just like how I can never see Pep coaching Liverpool, I can't see Klopp here.

Obviously he is a great coach, but I feel (for some reason) there is some unspoken rule wherein they could never swap.

It's not like Mourinho to Barca or Pep to Real levels of course (they don't get heated at each other), but still, can't see it happening.
