When were his comments regarding this? I haven't read anything yet.

We'll be fine when Kalvin Phillips returns full of confidence after his fabulously successful loanOur biggest problem is gonna be those we want out still in contract.
Walker is stinking the place out in Milan so he will be back.
Grealish on £300k per week is going nowhere on a permanent deal.
Perma crock John Stones with 11 appearances this season and out till the summer on the best part of £200k pw etc etc.
If those plus the others are still in contract they will go on loan with us paying a big chunk of wages.
Gonna be very messy.
I wonder how much per playing minute each of the team were paid?Haaland had a big break last summer re Norway being shite.
The number of games missed is shocking btw.
I think most people expect at least 4 or 5 departures and the names on this list are the ones which keep coming up. This guy does not need to be a genius to come up with a claim like this.Riiiggghhht!
Just done a quick google of this Sacha fellow and he predicted Lavia to Liverpool (didn’t happen) and Calafiori to Juventus (didn’t happen).
I’m calling bullshit.
You do realise June is in two weeks :)Ederson committed n back on form
New RB
Stones or Ake stay fit
Rodri fit and well
Dutch fella from Milan
Box to box MF
Foden please come back
Haaland getting service
Pep gets a break and refreshes
Season has been a disaster in so many ways but hopefully we qualify for CL, plug the blaring gaps, say goodbye to a few legends, bring in some freshness.
Think we all need a break from City till next season. Come June, I know I'll be buzzing for it to start again.
I’m beginning to think missing out on Champions League will be a blessing in the long term. We’ll have to put up with gobby rags for a season (as they’ll definitely beat Spurs) but the whole club is jaded, fans included. It’s been a great ride and I certainly want Pep to stay, but this is a proper rebuild here and it WILL take time.
If we end up in the Europa League, I might even rejoin the European cup scheme - new teams to play, cheaper tickets, less tourists and a final back in Istanbul (Beşiktas this time)?

I reckon we’re in for 3 or 4 seasons mid table whilst we upgrade personnel and regroup…..What worries me will our new incoming signings settle in and improve us.
Last transfer window we were busy bringing in new players only Mammoush is a improvement and then not away from home. Recruitment is key to regaining a title challenge and more silverware. Interesting times lay ahead were not entitled to anything.
Four in a row let that sink in CTID
How Pep turns us into a winning machine again next season heaven only knows. Sadly the system we play has become null and void, teams can play it quite easily now and we have nothing left up our sleeves. I've said it before that I wouldn't be surprised if Pep isn't managing us next season
100% agreeThe squad is full of bench type players for me.
I look at the names and think of a Premier League and Champions League winning potential side I see this.
Ederson
X. X. Gvardial. X
Rodri
X. X
X. Haaland. X
Maybe Foden gets in if he refinds form which I’m not convinced on and Ederson may be off anyway.
The rest are squad quality but not top level players.
I think we need at least 4/5 new players with top quality and top level experience. They need hunger, pace, stamina and flair.
We can then plug the remaining gaps with squad players.
That will cost £400m minimum, possibly more so it could take 3 seasons to get it looking the right way.
This current squad is not good enough and we will struggle to get back to 2023 levels. This is not a dip, this is the start of a decline unless we address it quickly.
I don't think our owners will allow that to happen. Enrique or Flick have shown at PSG & Barca that fast attacking yet also being possession based football is still possible.I reckon we’re in for 3 or 4 seasons mid table whilst we upgrade personnel and regroup…..
