Next season to start on 12th September

IMHO, for what it's worth, football will not start properly until April 2021 i.e. crowds as we know and love will not be allowed back in stadiums before then. Those that genuinely love football will also have to fight tooth and nail to get a radical reform of the farce that is VAR which is destroying our game, and will also have to fight to prevent these awful drinks breaks becoming a permanent fixture. The Yanks wanted to divide football into four quarters when they hosted the World Cup because advertisers could not tolerate 45-50 minutes of TV without adverts/sponsorship. TV stations will want to promote the value of their "product" by shoe-horning in more adverts for Coca-Cola and betting companies in these breaks whilst the genuine fan in the ground will mourn the loss of the fast-flowing simple and beautiful game they fell in love with.

Exec boxes and tunnel club maybe allowed in for the start of the season.

Liverpool successfully had friends and families in exec boxes along with other club members close to 2,500 in the ground on Wednesday.

So, if we get a delayed start to the season and others don’t, we then have to play catch up with the games, like when we’re on three cup runs.

UEFA rule is no domestic games to be played when CL or EL games are on, which, they had to suspend when this season restarted.

The question is are they going to allow domestic games when European games are on or are they going to stiff us?

If it starts out that we get stuffed by var again from the start whilst the red shits being helped as per this season then I will give up,i already have dropped from every game on the box down to ours and some big games, this last season and the manipulation has killed my love of the game, never ever thought that would happen, never

Tunnel club facilities are currently used by the team. Hospitality staff are returning to work 1st Oct (some were invited to the club on Friday) for training for the new required protocols/guidelines etc with a view to having crowds back in for November at some level. Everything is "knocked on" a level with tunnel club members now in the chairman's lounge, with those members now being housed in the exec lounges. Players boxes have been been given up too to allow for hospitality members. Ardwick pub wont be open. Bars on the concourse will be limited with it being sectioned off so you cant walk to other areas. Apparently discussions with the government are also under way to have a temporary lift on the current legislation preventing alcohol being taken to your seats to reduce the risk of large crowds on the concourse.

Where has this info come from? I’m in the Ardwick and my cousin is in Tunnel Club and this is completely different to what we have been led to believe. Granted I haven’t spoken to my account manager for a few weeks and know things are constantly evolving but this appears to be a complete u turn

One of the staff who manages hospitality and was asked to go in last Friday. She has been told a return to work date of 1st October. She was in the Ardwick but has been advised it won't be opening in line with the rest of the hospitality sectors when they open in limited capacity. That's as much as I have buddy.

Same here, if lfc start the season with VAR in their favour and we still get the same stupid nonsensical decisions against us I am prepared to give up.

But surely we cannot have another where there's obvious favour to the history clubs??!
