I can't see anybody except us making much of a net spend.
Liverpool will spend money from tranfer/s.
Spurs may invest a bit on the back of their CL qualification.
Utd will buy 1 or 2 players, but they don't have the money to spend big anymore.

City are pretty muched nailed on for top 4 next season, but the league is going to be a lot closer anyway.

Writing off Villa is daft IMO. O'Neil will get more out of that squad.

United have done their dealings then?

Probably. But I wouldn't rule out 1 or 2 short term deals, either season long loans or players out of contract.

With football finance the way it is, there are going to be players released who would have attracted big fees in years gone by.

Well they already got Smalling and that Mexican so they definitely won't be signing only one player lol.
