Kimmich is 28 will have 4 or 5 years Rico can't wait that long for a regular place, the more I think about it the less I think Kimmich is a good move @WRicko makes some good points.

I would go for a Walker type RB / RWB and let Walker go. Get a proper left back as well a DeBryne long term replacement and a 18 19 20 21 year old max to come off bench and play odd game for Rodri possibly youngster for the wing

I would look at a combination Couto, Frimpong, Gutierrez, Martinez, Savio, and Wirtz not that I know any of them particurly just based on what people say

Having made a concerted effort to watch Paqueta this year, he's fucking class, just the betting thing that would put me off. Needs to be sorted before we spend that sort of money. He's some player though, would fit us like a glove.

Walker has looker suspect at times this season and DeBryne gets injured for ages and could be very affected by them going forward if we want Wirtz to replace him I think we have to act this summer

True, but as long as both take up squad places and I think they will next season it's hard to bring in replacements.

Bit of wishful thinking here. I expect to see Walker, Phillips & Gomez move on in the summer (hopefully nobody else) and if opportunity permits would love to see us exercise our club trained buy back options for Douglas Luiz & Yan Couto. Think Paqueta is nailed on to arrive if not banned and have a feeling we'll see his fellow Brazilian Savio along with the Urugayan Araujo to replace Walker, possibly in part ex for Cancelo. Above all let's get a top level LB in like Alphonso Davies. Bobb & Lewis will both still be U21 next term so maybe a squad looking like this might emerge:

I do like a lot of your picks for the team but given how tight Pep likes the squad I cannot see that many in comings.Probably three to four top signings.

Araujo would be £80m+, would play central given how many times Vinny Jr has cooked him and looks like it would be better to have a full back come in with Walker as competition. Couto as you picked would fit that bill, more so with there being no cost.

Agree Gomez & Phillips will be shipped in the Summer. ~£50m coming in from those.

Don't see us going for D Luiz. As fantastic as he is, there are many other options out there that will offer more of a package than he would. A player who like Gundo can cover DM very well but is an excellent eight is more the direction I see them taking.

Savio deal seems perfect to make, price and demand for him already. Will earn his spot along with Bobb.

Nunes I think will come on very well this second half and particularly next season. More so than most seem to think.

Not sure they go for Davies with Ake/Gvardiol around. But the idea of us looking at players who have run down their contracts is a good one. Plenty of firing from the hip to be done this summer. Get someone in unexpected.

I would move Walker on now he nearly moved last summer his personal life is a mess and he wants to play every game if we line up a decent replacement I think he will decide to move rather than compete for a spot

Doubt it Ake and Akanji both being picked regularly, if any centre back was to be unhappy with his starts currently it would be Dias.
