next two prem games

Agreed, huge couple of games. Chelsea play Everton away and the Arse at home so a real possibility of them dropping points.

I think the players will go for it against Palace and rightly so we are on a roll and better players in all positions. I know the likes of Mourinho would play a more solid game especially as Palace seem to suit the counter attack and ensure they achieve at least a point which could well be sensible given our position. However I think this group is treating all these games as must win. They know the longer we can go without dropping points the more pressure we put on the other teams.

West Ham at home is a very winnable match, Liverpool and Arsenal both gifted them goals however a clean sheet in each is impressive and shows they are tough to breakdown. These type of games can vary in toughness as they will defend deep and hit on the counter, the longer it stays 0-0 or if we lose one on the break and give them something to hold onto the harder the game gets. An early goal means a change in tactics for West Ham which then also means more chances for City and the game becomes easier.

18 points and 2 more clean sheets would really put fear into the rest of the premier league, so I think it is a risk worth taking

Why are we forgetting "the game" in between these two and given club and manager might see that as more of a priority this season (signings this window certainly suggest that might be the case) ... so that could certainly dictate team selection for both these PL fixtures!

I'm glad the international break is here, for once. As well as we're playing I would not have liked going to Palace on the back of their victory at Stamford Bridge. Hopefully any momentum for them will be at a standstill by then.

Into break is never a good things when 3/4 of the team head out, especially when your first opponent keeps the majority of their players at home, in their own beds, in their own training pitch

Palace game will provide a test of whether we can go away and play that kind of game. Everton game said we can, but can we REproduce that kind of game on a regular basis? If we can, then we have nothing, and no-one, to fear this season.

The future is BLUE!

Only change I'd make for the first game is putting de Bruyne in for Navas, leave everything exactly how it is right now (And no I'm not forgetting that Zabaleta might be back). See how players fare after that when it comes to Juve and West Ham.
Acknowledging that you did say "might", I'd find it hard to see how Zab could get back in the side right now. Sagna is playing outstandingly well at this moment. To use that old saying; "if it ain't broke, don't fix it". And Zab is my favourite player.
