If the stories are to believed that Neymar is going to Real Madrid then this surely makes Carlos's move away that little bit less likely. Obviously Real are not going to spend EUR40 on Neymar then spend similar on Carlos so this potential move has inadvertently strengthened our chances of keeping him, as his options have been seriously reduced. That now leaves him with only Chelsea, in my opinion, who could afford him and I cannot realistically see us selling him to them.

Looking good for us on that front just need to tie up our transfer targets ASAP
