Plus the signing on fee Neymar and his dad/agent would receive could see it being well over that amount, incredible and ridiculous amounts of money if it happens.

You could be right John, I read online la ligament tax clauses were changing but don't know when. I believe his wages and fee will touch half a billion euros over the 5 year deal, insane numbers.

The reports which said Neymar is going to PSG said hat Alves convinced him. Considering they're right about the move happening it seems pretty safe to assume Alves played his part.

The reports that said Juve would let Alves go said it was because of Pep and I think Sam Lee remarked that they wouldn't have just let him go is PSG wanted him.

I think its hilarious, I'm not complaining about it, just remarking on how funny a situation it is.

I'm not flapping in this thread, I'm not flapping in the Mbappe thread, and although I'm disappointed in Maffeo getting blocked off, I haven't mentioned it at all today and only posted positive stuff in the Danilo thread.

So I have to admit I'm a bit surprised to hear I'm flapping for a) making a joke about Alves' wife and the transfer dominos and b) Not believing that every journalist in the country is lying about us being a club Monaco accused of tapping up (which I already said is not unsurprising nor that worrying).

It has few more legs - there's another party who seem interested for a start. No one was interested in signing Ladyboy - certainly not at the figures mentioned. Not sure Neymar will move but this story will run and run.

This would be an incredible statement of intent from PSG. Didn't think Neymar would leave Barca so early, but the story seems to be gathering momentum.
