Neymar

It's a tough one, heart says no way, head can see some logic though . I do feel that the sheikh at some point wants to make a statement signing someone who is acknowledged as one of the top players in world football, and bring them to city.

Neymar has no chance of winning the Champions League or Ballon d'Or at PSG. It begs the question though, how much will Mbappe be worth if he keeps going the way he is?

I'd say now the Ballon d'Or is back to it's original state; French football magazine giving the award out, he has every chance.

if barca can get Veratti and money for Neymar, take it and run. Barca are crying out for a Xavi replacement to stop messi having to continusouly drop deep to create for them and let him focus solely on killing teams off. Multiple times against Juventus in the champions Legaue QF Messi played through balls to either Suarez or Neymar and they bottled it, if Messi was on the end of these instead, different result. Mad thing is,Messi still scored 50+ fucking goals whilst doing this for Barca, they need more creativity from deep.

Q. IF Neymar is available and the fees quoted were correct and out of our FFP restraints.. If Barca say "Can we have Aguero at a Value of say £90m.. " Would you fork out £100m straight, knowing we've had the best of Sergio, and he then reunites with best pal Messi. Neymar join G.Jesus and we have the 3rd best player in the world?

That's a tough one for me.. future proof + refresh or see out contract + make Sergio and Jesus work.

Not tough for me at all. I'd snap their hands off. Aguero has only a couple years left at a top level. Neymar is a better overall player and is significantly younger. But they wouldn't give us anything like £90m anyway.

I am starting to wonder whether there is some truth in the Aguero rumours. I don't think the club would sell to Chelsea, but we know that they have been interested in signing Neymar for some time now. With PSG seemingly willing to meet his price tag the club now have a decision to make.

I think they could meet the release clause by selling Sergio to Real Madrid (who would gladly facilitate weakening Barcelona) and looking for more affordable backup fullbacks. This would obviously leave us light numerically up front, but they may see it as a risk worth taking.
