Anyone done one or know what I've coming my way?

Got on sort list for a job with NWAS and have to do an online assesment - just wanted to be prepared

When I clink on the link its a CEB - SHL talent assesment

I did one of these for a contract role recently, which is very unusual. Mine was 5 sets of tests, each of which had to be completed in a set time. There were mathematical reasoning, verbal reasoning, spatial awareness and a couple of others. Examples here:
