I doubt. He's a hell of a player, and if it's just for the clause I'm all in. I'd love to see him on the team. This is just a very fresh rumor. He's been rumored for Arsenal or Barca for months.

He would fit what pep seems to want though, surely.

Hope you are right. This guy/his agents have been a pain more than a year, constantly on the news, linking him to Barca, Arsenal, Chelsea, etc. The report now comes out that Barca will not sign him, & I suspect Arsenal are also reluctant to agree to such a huge wage demand. So now we are their last resort?

I feel like we need a summer like the one when we signed yaya and the greatest player I've ever seen el mago..that was the moment I thought wow..we really need to somehow find a couple of them again.
If we do we push on and get back to the top..if we don't we could sit in 6th for a few years..one thing we have is we have the most important cog in the wheel..we have the best number 9.
We can build around him.

What a window that was…

Obviously Wirtz could fit one of those holes, not sure where we get a Yaya.

Although something about the way Mahmoush hits the ball, I think he might end up special.

Hope so.
I really like him..I'd like to see city build a team around these young lads like the young Argentina lad.
I won't try to spell it as mentioned earlier this week I struggle to spell my own name..but to build a team of young un heard of lads and lads from the academy is the dream..but thinking back to that window .that's when I thought hang on somethings happening here ..the day city signed David Silva was one of the best days I've had as a blue .I'd watched him play for Valencia..and knew the rags wanted him..but he came to city..I remember sitting in the ground.watching him.
My mate who sits behind me used to say..did you see what he did then..
I've never seen a player control a game like he did.
And dictate everything that happened on that pitch like he did..
I appreciated it at the time..but watching city now maybe not enough..we were watching a genius .
We need to do that again..find a proper proper world class player
I don't think this lad is.
But the young lad from Argentina might be .he's different
 
I reckon he joins Arsenal personally. Would be a great signing for them if they get him.

I cant see Wirtz coming to us he will pick Bayern
