The Lovren deal has to be the benchmark, Otamendi was/is comfortably the more highly regarded of the two and I can’t imagine wages are drastically different either
 
If Inter are actually interested in Dele and some type of swap with Skriniar emerges, this could have legs.

I suspect his wages are a fair bit higher , less injury prone though.

I’d imagine Otamendi is on significantly higher wages than Lovren.
 
Once he's gone he's gone, they will most likely pay him his remaining wages for the year if Porto don't buy end of season, but that's a worst case scenario, we'll likely get some €5-8m for him when it's finalised.
