A guy in Royton cuts Otamendi’s, Aguero’s and one or two others hair. Otamendi gifted him a signed, framed picture in case he isn’t back. It was literally gifted to him as ‘just in case.’

Kinda sums it up from everything else we are hearing. Possibly leaving but not nailed on. I hope he stays, he’s rock solid.

So, basically, multiple outlets from Spain and Argentina have ruled out Otamendi to Valencia because they cannot afford him or his salary, as expected and said by few here too.

He stays then, other side with most interest was Atletico and they signed Hermoso.

you seem to believe such stories have some substance but usually they just indicate negotiations are ongoing

Valencia being unable to afford what City demand + his wages is more than believable to be fair. Of course there's still time remaining in the window so he could yet move elsewhere
