Agree with the overall opinion of him - extremes of being a top class backs to the wall defender to diving in recklessly leaving the whole defence exposed (Wolves Away last season is an example) and also going down play acting far too often. Still, fondly remembered given at least he was our Nico for a few years

Not any worse than Lovren, who Liverpool managed to get 11m for. People think Otamendi is worth just 5m needs their heads examining IMO.

I have nothing but total respect for the guy,as others have said he always gave everything,never heard a bad word from him,and played a big part in us winning silverware.....and scored against the scum !
