Of course there will. Whoever is leader will get together a team of lawyers, civil servants, accountants, translators, along with a few MP's. The accusations of racism against Farage, UKIP and anyone who didn't slavishly agree with the 'liberal', 'progressive' views of immigration and the general wonderfulness of the EU were probably a contributory factor in Brexit's win in the referendum.
