If you're that end of town, Cask is a great bar just round the corner from Dimitri's - good jukebox and lots of nice Belgian beer.

And none of the wannabe celebrity wankers you tend to get round Deansgate.

The bar downstairs at HOME is nice too, it's got a lovely atmosphere and you don't need a cinema/theatre ticket to use it.
