Wahey! I got my 50 posts up so:

Who knows of an online video of this? Niklas Jensen, on the volley off of a Trevor Sinclair (I think) cross at the Platt Lane end.

Anyone who saw it will remember it. If memory serves, it was a couple of weeks before Robbie Fowler was coming to us and he came on as a sub to a standing ovation. Anyhoo, it is the best goal I've EVER seen live (Followed by SWP in the 4-1 rag win) and I wanna find it so I can see it again.

Hate to be pedantic, but it was Anelka who supplied the cross. Sinclair didn't play for us at the time. You're correct about the Robbie Fowler thing though.

Good luck finding a video, I'd love to see it again.

It certainly was an excellent goal. I had us to win 2-1 and was praying for Leeds to score which they did late on. I don't remember Fowler getting a standing ovation though.
