Nintendo DS Not Working

my daughters DS has just packed it ie it wont switch on even with the charger in it

she got it for Xmas last year from Game - as it was actually bought in late Nov Game wont swap it - they did try it with a different charger but to no avail - they could only suggest sending it back to Nintendo for them to repair

anyone got any other ideas?

Buy a new one, take it back but with the old one in its place

My son has had hid ds for about 18 months now. The stupid thing had to be sent for repair 4 times. In the end i demanded a new one. Not had any problems since. Nintendo were really good though he got a few free games out of them for all the hastle.

we've had to send ours off to Nintendo to be repaired at a probable cost of £30!!!

she hadn't even been using it for 12 months either

Stamp on it and buy a PSP.

If you have the receipt and you bought it as a gift then get your money back off Game. Not fit for purpose. You will then have to wait for new ones to come into stock :(
