Celtic agree a fee with FC Ashod for midfielder Nir Biton, BBC Scotland reports. The 21-year-old Israel international will sign a contract with the Scottish champions if he passes a medical and secures a work permit.
Weren't there work permit issues with him coming here? Or was he considered just not good enough?

Successor to Wanyama, cracking signing for them for cheap. Hope he does well, may be a blue in the future.
