No action against Ferguson by UEFA !!

A knight of the realm and a champagne socialist, you cant beat them, is what he said any different than calling somebody a ******************************************************, use your imagination.

Racism is something UEFA have shown before that they care little about.

Remember the fans in the friendly against Spain a few years back and Aragones' comments. Both picked up the lightest of fines (Sorry to pick Spain out for both examples as a I don't believe either represent the views of the nation)
Fuckin ell fella,I see you retracted yourself nicely there! You reversed quicker than an Italian tank.(Not than I'm saying Italian soldiers in WW2.......fuck it.You know what I mean)

Hehe. It's just that there's quite a sizeable spanish contingent down here in Brighton and so i've met quite a few, and I haven't met one that would share Aragones' view. Also, the spanish examples were only chosen as they are probably the most high profile in the last few years that have been reported here. But you do occasionally read reports of it happening elsewhere in Italy, Germany, and some eastern european countries.

Still, here in England we still have some way to go ourselves. And i've felt ashamed when i've even heard it at our place (from individuals, not the crowd).

My point still stands though that UEFA will do nothing as it is something they do not care to address. I believe they care little about the issue or it could even be fear of opening a Pandora's box. Both attitudes are no excuse for doing nothing

Nicely summarised and I agree.

I do question whether the fact that it was Slur Alex had a bearing on any action being taken. We have seen numerous examples of Managers being disciplined with fines and bans for far less than things that arrogant and obnoxious individual has got away with.

I really hope we beat the odious shits on the 17th and their season capitulates.

True, their season started badly & rightfully should end badly! When they beat us at OT they got back on track and thereafter got away scot free with dubious points, deflected goals etc.
IMO It would have been different if Ade was in the lineup if not for rag infested SSN rabid PR and FA retrospective ban. My postulate here is that City might have clinched CL club status now or even going for the title if not for the concerted 'media attack'. It will take a chapter at least to elaborate on Fergie's 'mind games' with the media, FA officials ( especially on Wiley).
Its about time now that they don't get the rub of the green, deflected goals, the 'luck of non calls' (especially Vidic non sending-off grudgingly admitted by Fergie) and the sycophantic support of the media. Yes their Carling cup is tainted, a pyrrhic victory.
It took a Bayern Munich team, an EUFA referee to bend them to their knees. Kudos to 'typical german' players to 'protect' the Italian referee, not to bottle his card issuance, from the raggedly mob rants.
The mystique of trafFORT has been dismantled. 'Beyond the pale' swamp has been breached. The cantankerous slur has been taken to task by our non sycophantic media.
The chickens has come home to ROOst.

That's a brilliant post! :o)

Will only add that the Carling Cup 'victory' still riles with me - I honestly believe that they could have ended up with absolutely ZILCH were it not for that 'tainted, pyrrhic victory'

Times are a -changing though Ragamuffins.

Rest assured of that.
