No action against Lukaku

Petulance should be dealt with ( even if a City player who has been involved in any incident) but the problem I have is the way certain teams that keep getting away with it.

Congratulations to the BBC for choosing not to highlight the incident in question. Shame those c**t's at the FA have to take direction from the Biased Broadcasting Corporation.

The anonymous clowns on the disciplinary panel are clearly playing to the beat of the media drum, and their non-decision was influenced by the initial lack of outrage by the BBC and others of an incident that would have seen any City player hung out to dry on every single BBC platform, played on a loop until the FA charged them with violent conduct.

Am I surprised?

No. It was more than expected, but it doesn't make it right.

Their title race will be finished in the next three games , they wont beat Watford , Goons or us , if they avoid three defeats it will be a minor miracle , they are pinning their hopes on a one legged 43 year old big nose swede . What next ? Ginger Pig to make another comeback , the comedic value at the swamp is reaching new heights , i thought the new Duncan Edwards., Lindelknocabollockoff for £32m was funny , but Lookatme and Carlton at a combined £200m takes the biscuit. Fools and their money.

I`d sooner an ex player come out and explain that he`d done it on more than one occasion.Just because the word petulance doesn`t appear in the manual means that it could be a couple of words that refs are not supposed to use ... common sense.
I`m not supporting anyone ... apart from The Goat and if he says that its not a sending off, then that`ll do for me.

Not for me it wont. He's just wrong.

I can guarantee had Shaun been sent of for that offence the uproar on here could have been heard in Iceland.

Well the uproar would have been wrong too. You simply cannot kick out (twice) at a player, when the ball is nowhere near, and not expect a red. Bizarre.

The only reason I have been annoyed with our players getting banned for acts of petulance was because I know that others have escaped bans for similar.

In the weeks before SWP got a 3 match ban for a soft kick out at a play, Ronaldo had done it twice and not been charged.

Can't complain about a rule that is applied equally to all.

Only bizarre if its your local rival.Wonder if it had been say a Swansea player on a Bournemouth player, would this thread have even started ?

Probably not but that would have been because no-one would care. Neither the status of the game or the teams involved should have any impact on the decision, just the laws of the game. And going by the laws of the game, and how they are applied in all other circumstances, its a red.
