tonights soccer special panel all in agreement he should have been punished , all cannot understand how a ref panel couldnt agree on the right decision

Perfectly fine for them to come out and say that after the FA have made their judgement. I don't recall Sky being too vocal about it over the weekend.

You don't get it do you. Scudamore has already given you enough clues. He even had the balls to come out and say its bad for the brand if United aren't doing well. You only have to look at the Lukakoo incident. It not the players/managers/boardroom staff/owners of clubs. It goes higher than that

I really want an explanation from lukaku himself. I can't even make up a plausible excuse for a reason as to what he was doing that isn't trying to kick an opponent twice. the ball was no where near them, it certainly wasn't an attempt to keep balanced or shrug off an opponent. he won't be doing any post match interviews for a while I'm sure.

Can anyone think up a defence for his actions that excuse him from serving a deserved ban? I can't.

Unfortunately there is no bench mark except the one defined by which team it is.
The rules must be strict for most but capable of interpretation if MU involved.

The Walker one was an awful decision, but these don't equate. Walker was given a second yellow (for whatever reason Oliver came up with as fourth official) - not a straight red; Lukaku could only be punished by the panel if it was viewed as a sending off offence.
