Not sure how you draw that conclusion. It is very hard to make big name signings in this window anyway. We only got Vieira because he wants to try and make France for 2010 for instance. There are plenty of quality younger players we might sign. Note as well that the Shiek tossed an extra 90 million into the kitty on top of his loan conversion. Thought I read that somewhere. Some of that may well be to buy a few more players. Not big names necessarily.
