No new transfers today- what we all havin' for tea tonight ?

Made a sort of cheesey lentil pate and had that with raw carrot and celery sticks and some toast.

Would have made a good starter but not the best thing for a main meal.
 
Went round my sister's to set up her wireless networkythingymajob and was fed a lovely beef casserole slow cooked in a crockpot so it was lovely and tender with mash and peas. Just got home and made myself a lovely steak, cheese and mustard butty. Gym before work methinks.
