This is correct. It's on the OS and as others have said nothing in it that isn't on the official site.

100% one per household. Got mine over two weeks ago. Anyone who got more than one sent to their address got them by mistake.

it clearly states on the MCFC website that only one will be sent to each household

one per household, you only need your customer number to renew anyway.
