No Training Today

I think so. Kids are off school for 2 days and my son keeps mithering me to take him (that's what I told the missus anyway ... had to drag him out of bed this morning to give me the excuse to go down).

Having never been to watch them train since we moved from Platt Lane... Where do you watch from and how do you get in? I though the main gate was on the main road but you couldnt get in? Off work tomoz so may pop down to have a gander. What time then boys?

Good excuse, I think I'm going down again with sidey so lets hope they come out and it doesn't rain, might even hijack the golf buggy and go for a round down the road.

You've gotta go James Bond style round the back of Sale Rugby club and then a sly little path that goes around the fence untill you see the main complex, the guy who spoke to us reckons it starts at 11ish so you bring beers and we'll get the deck chairs.

I only hope if you go tomorrow that you DON'T start any chanting. It's the last thing they would want when they are training and need to focus and be aware of any instructions coming from the coaching staff.

Sale rugby club? thought they played in stockport? long path then to get to the training ground in carrington..... ok lets pretend i'm a little slow for a min. WHERE DO I GO? I know the turning to get to the rags complex at the end of the mile road from Urmston and I know the road the complex is where we train but where do i park and where is the path. Cheers.

I feel that some beers should be in order, sunny day, few bevvies and watch the brazilian + superman magic happen. Im going getting my superman outfit sorted and my banner out for tomorrow! EPIC.

Mate, well it was my first time today aswell but easier than I thought. You come off the motorway(M60) at junction 8 for carrington drive straight down and you'll see Sale Rugby training ground first on your left so pull in to the layby, then go around the back of the building and its a small path around there. Thats the best way I can put it.

Its not that hard to find. Im thinking of going tomorrow booked the day off work so might take my little boy, does it start at 11 ??
