Just changing the thrust a little - I heard a repeat of that talkshite interview and far far too much is being made of it.

It could simply have been Cook writing down the 'known' 24 man squad - no new names or anything and that is what NG is 'wowing' about - it is pretty impressive - everyone is totally overreacting about nothing IMO

There might be some more sigings to be made - but nothing in that interview states this - or that GC was indiscreet in any way

NG is halfdrugged/half-drunk at the table and Cook show him the official pre-final WC2010 VIP-programme that was handed out to the bigwigs.
NG reads it dazed and confuzed as he is and his mind goes..Gosh, Villa and Sneijder, Ramos and Silva, De Joong and Robben, what a team we got *snore*
