As the saying goesHas much I admire Noel as city fan he like many other blues seemed to write city of winning the premiership this season:
Especially in December going on if we had won games we might stand a chance.
Even thou there a long way to go .
I’m sure he’s eating them words .
And why oh why do city fans ark on about are last victorous team .has good as they was were at the moment building a squad who could possibly win a treble,
We’re on a new wave forget the former things and look forward to a bright future

What about the video of him on Soccer AM years ago saying his kids will support Arsenal and not City....
The guy only remembers he's a City fan at the business end of the season.
Liam is the one
And Noel was more of a Celtic fan growing up. LIam is and always has been the 'bigger Blue' out of the two. What about the video of him on Soccer AM years ago saying his kids will support Arsenal and not City....

Good honest reply looking forward to a bright futureMate I was the same. We are rebuilding i never thought for one minute we would be challenging for the league this season.
Im not eating my words, more enjoying City proving me wrong !
As a fellow Burnage lad I found that the majority was blue back then in that areaI'll always respect Noel Gallagher .... he turns up reguarly at games, often sat in the away end amongst our fans, so to me he definitely has a right to voice an opinion on City ..... i used to drink in a pub in Longsight which his dad often frequented, and it was mainly down to him that Noel and Liam, in their younger days, initially showed interest in City.
Noels kids have only really known London, Dorset and Hampshire, so their lives have been spent living in, and visiting areas in the south of England, so I can understand it if they take (or took) an interest in supporting a London club, as most of their schoolmates probably did .... Noel still lives In West London, as far as I can make out.
But both Noel and Liam have never forgotten their Mancunian roots, or their days living in Burnage.
well his lad was sat with him at chelsea away a couple of weeks agoWhat about the video of him on Soccer AM years ago saying his kids will support Arsenal and not City....

How old were his kids back then ? Noel probably hadn't started taking his kids to City back then.
As for Noel only remembering he is a City fan at the business end of the season is rubbish.
Noel talks City all the time, always has City flag on stage.
Noel is happy being with the players celebrating and happy to have us no marks having a selfie with him.
Yep, but I can understand why he said that because time has shown that they've never really left the south of England, and Noel KNEW, when he said it, that they would be growing up living amongst fans of the more popular London clubs, Arsenal included .... kids growing up can be easily influenced, or persuaded to support other clubs by their mates or schoolchums, or simply because a club is winning trophies ... no matter how much dad tries to point them Citys way !Sorry for the misunderstanding, this isn't about who they choose to support. Noel said "my kids will grow up supporting Arsenal"
I don't think his kids were born when he said it.
The imagine of Noel stood facing forward while everyone around him was doing the Poznan shows more about him than him celebrating with the players after every league win
What a fucking dickish thing to say. I’ve been seeing him at City matches for 30 years, in all divisions. What about the video of him on Soccer AM years ago saying his kids will support Arsenal and not City....
