Noel Gallagher interview with Guardiola

Noel was good down to earth not taking things to seriously so well done to him pep came across as studious he's probably the best coach in the world and the reason for that is he wants to learn he doesn't think he's a special one look at me he wants to learn and improve his self and his teams

Fucking great can't wait.

Think as the season goes on we will get better and better

I can see why he has had success with young players because they will totally buy into his methods. Convincing senior pros is a different ballgame and it's obvious Pellegrini didn't require this of them, giving them freedom to more or less do what they wanted within a loose tactical structure.

This is going to be on a totally different level and if they aren't 100% committed they'll be out. I love the idea that at the drop of a hat he would ditch the seasoned pro for a younger player who might be less talented but totally believes in what the team is trying to do.

We know we have great players, it's our mentality that's held us back. This is going to change.

Bit underwhelmed to be honest. Seemed a bit like a rabbit in the headlights, and very clearly misses Bayern. I do hope he doesn't see us as a stopgap before his next project.

I was expecting calm confidence and positivity. All i heard was a lot of "if's" and "I hope's"

The calm reassurance of Pellers already seems like a lifetime ago.

lol. Only on Bluemoon!

Only player he met before this interview (in the past 2-3 days) was Vinny and he called him captain. Good with me.

I'd run through brick walls for him and I'm the laziest bastard you'll ever meet.

What a man!

Disappointed in the interview, but Pep comes over as a very impressive individual.

Clearly a very intense man and someone who does not suffer fools gladly, roll on the new season.

Fasten you seat belts and enjoy the ride, we are going back to the very top level.

I honestly can't wait for the season. In fact, I cant wait for our first friendly against Bayern!

Oh I wish I was a young player coming through at City now, i'd run through brick walls for Pep. I even feel like doing that just as a fan, can't wait for the atmosphere around the club and the stadium and towards the players, great to finally have Pep.

If you mean Noel I thought he did ok, obviously wasn't edited and done in one take otherwise the Bluemoon stuff would have been smoother.

Were you expecting Pep to ring Messi at the interview to get him to agree to come or some earth shattering transfer news.

It did all that was required without any sneering or ego issues, imagine what PEG's would be like.

I was talking about Noel, like the guy but thought it was a poor interview.

Listend To Pep twice and the guy is very impressive, when he talks people listen...just how it should be.

The old man Manuel sent people to sleep including a majority of our players.

Thought you'd struggle to top some of the shite you posted last season but you've stared well.

What the F has Messi got to do with anything? Can I have an opinion on a interview?

This is Pep Guardiola walking up to the Etihad, walking into our offices, people!!!! It just blows me away, and he hasn't even done anything yet. Don't care what he says, he can talk total gibberish as far as I'm concerned.
Something tells me I am definitely not in Kansas any more. Toto.
